Returning an item is straightforward with our 30-day return policy. If you wish to return a product for a refund, here are the steps and conditions to keep in mind:

  • Post-Shipment Cancellation: Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped. If you choose to cancel after shipment, our standard return policy will apply.
  • Condition of Returns: Items must be returned in new condition and in their original packaging. Please avoid using or opening a product before returning, as this may disqualify you from receiving a refund.
  • Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us via email immediately. Do not return these items before getting in touch with us.
  • Exchanges: To exchange an item, please initiate a return and then place a new order online. This is necessary for warranty purposes.
  • Return Process: To return your order, please send it to the address listed on the enclosed packing slip. Include a copy of the packing slip or your order number with the return to expedite your refund.
  • Refusing Delivery: If you haven't opened the shipping envelope, you can refuse the order by marking it 'Refused/Return to Sender' and giving it back to your postal service. After doing this, inform us via email so we can track the return and process your refund accordingly.
