How do I redeem and use my reward points?Updated a month ago

Redeeming and using your reward points is simple:

Step 1: Log in

Head to the Rewards page and sign in to your account.

On your dashboard, you’ll see:

• Your current points balance
• Your VIP tier status
• Your available rewards

Step 2: Redeem your points

1. Scroll down to Redeem Your Rewards.
2. Select the currency you will be placing your order in.
3. Use the slider (or manually enter the amount) to choose how many points you’d like to redeem.
4. Click Redeem to instantly generate your reward coupon.

Points are worth $0.01 USD per point (or the equivalent in your selected currency). When you choose your currency, the discount amount updates automatically.

Step 3: Use your reward coupon at checkout

Once generated:

• Coupons are valid for 30 days
• You can use up to 5 reward coupons per order
• Reward coupons cannot be combined with promotional discount codes
• Existing store credit can still be applied alongside reward coupons
• If you forget your coupon code, it has also been emailed to you

Simply enter your reward coupon code at checkout like any other discount code.

Important to know

• We’re unfortunately unable to manually apply points or credits to an order once it has been placed.
• Points never expire — if you forget to redeem them this time, you can simply use them on your next order.
