What are VIP Levels?Updated a month ago

VIP Levels reward your loyalty with tiered points multipliers — the more you spend, the more points you earn per dollar.

How it works:

• Your VIP tier is calculated on a rolling 12-month basis, based on the total qualifying spend in the past year.

• Only orders placed since the new rewards program went live count toward your VIP tier. Orders under the previous system do not contribute.

• As time passes, orders older than 12 months automatically drop out of the calculation. Your tier always reflects your spending in the most recent 12 months.

• Points you earn are added to your balance immediately and do not expire, even if your tier changes.

• The higher your tier, the more points you earn per dollar, up to 5x points at Level 5.

This structure ensures loyalty is rewarded continuously, and your tier always reflects your most recent spending activity.
