When do my rewards points expire?Updated 10 days ago

Your rewards points will expire after 12 months of inactivity.
This means if you haven’t earned or redeemed any points within a continuous 1-year period, your points balance will reset to zero.

To help you avoid losing your points, we’ll always send reminder emails:

  • 30 days before your points are set to expire

  • 2 days before your final chance to use them

Note: A birthday counts as activity. However, if there is no other activity on your account — such as purchases, referrals, or earning points — in the 365 days following your birthday, your points will expire and your balance will reset. The exact expiration date depends on whether it’s a leap year — it may fall on the same day the following year or the day before. When your next birthday comes around, you’ll receive your birthday points again.

What if you stopped shipping to my country?
If we’ve previously shipped to your country (for example, Canada) but have since paused shipping, your points will still expire after 12 months of inactivity. However, if we resume shipping to your country, we’ll honor your expired points and waive the expiry date — just get in touch with us and we’ll sort it out for you.
