Why didn't I receive my birthday points?Updated 10 months ago

If you did not receive your birthday points, it could be due to one of the following reasons:

  1. One Birthday Entry: You can only have one birthday entered in your profile. Points are awarded for the account holder's birthday and not for each pet's birthday.
  2. 30-Day Requirement: Your birthday must be entered at least 30 days prior to the date for the points to be awarded.
