When you refer a friend to our site, they receive a 5% off coupon, and once they place their first order, you earn 500 points as a thank-you!

If your friend has already made a purchase but you haven’t received your referral points yet, here are a few common reasons why:

• Their order hasn’t shipped yet
  Points are only rewarded once your friend's order has been marked as shipped. If it's still processing or pending, your points won’t be applied just yet.

• The first order wasn’t completed correctly
  Our system only rewards referrals on the first completed order by your friend. Sometimes, if they navigate away from the billing step, their original order is marked as incomplete. Even if they go back and complete a second order, the referral reward won’t trigger automatically because the system is still tied to the incomplete one.

If your friend's order has already been shipped and you still haven’t received your points, please contact us and we’ll be happy to manually apply your referral reward.
