We currently offer two shipping options to suit your needs:

Standard Shipping – Available free to most locations*. This option includes tracking and insurance (where available) and ensures secure, reliable delivery. Please note: shipping is not free to Austria or the United States.

Premium Shipping (Priority Dispatch) – Available for an additional fee. This option prioritises the dispatch of your order, which may help reduce overall delivery time.

Both Standard and Premium Shipping typically take 1–2 weeks from the date of dispatch. Please note that this is an estimated timeframe, and actual delivery may vary due to factors beyond our control (such as customs processing, local postal delays, or other unforeseen circumstances).

How are U.S. orders shipped?

Please note: For orders to the United States, due to the introduction of new tariffs, we are required to use a dedicated courier service to ensure compliance.

• All U.S. orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), meaning shipping costs and import duties are calculated and collected at checkout.

• This process ensures your order clears customs smoothly, without additional charges upon delivery.

• Unlike other destinations, free shipping does not apply to U.S. orders.
