Shipping to Canada Ceased

After much deliberation, we have made the difficult decision to stop shipping to Canada.

Over time, we have faced ongoing issues with shipping logistics, customs delays, and other challenges that have made it increasingly difficult to provide a dependable service. Despite our best efforts, these problems have persisted, leaving us with no sustainable way to continue shipping to Canada.

We are incredibly grateful for the loyalty and support of our Canadian customers, and we deeply regret this change. We understand this may be inconvenient and sincerely apologize for any disruption to your pet care routine.

Alternative Ways to Receive Your Order

Although we are no longer able to ship directly to Canada, some customers have successfully received their orders through alternative methods, such as:

• Shipping to a U.S. address for pickup – Many Canadians use parcel pickup services in nearby U.S. border towns.
• Using a U.S.-based parcel forwarding service – These services accept orders in the U.S. and then forward them to Canada.
• Having friends or family in a country we still ship to place an order and forward it – If you have connections in a supported country, they may be able to assist.
