I’ve ordered for years without shipping fees — why am I being charged now?Updated 2 months ago

Great question! In the past, we offered free standard shipping for U.S. customers. Recently, due to tariffs and updated U.S. import laws, all shipments must be sent with a dedicated courier under Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). This guarantees compliance and smooth delivery, but it does mean shipping fees now apply.

We’ve also had to make a similar change for Austria, where stricter import rules mean free shipping is no longer available.

For most other countries, free standard shipping with tracking is still available — no minimum purchase or coupon required.
