My tracking says “Delivered,” but I didn’t receive my package.Updated 14 days ago
Occasionally, a package may be marked as delivered a little early or left somewhere unexpected. If your order shows as delivered but isn’t in hand, here are some steps to take:
Look around your property – Check common delivery spots like the front porch, back door, garage, behind planters, or near your mailbox.
Ask household members – Someone at home may have accepted or brought in the package without mentioning it.
Check with neighbors – It’s possible the delivery was left at the wrong address or handed to a nearby neighbor.
Review your shipping address – Make sure the address on your order confirmation matches your actual address, including apartment or unit numbers.
Contact your local post office or courier depot with the tracking number — they can often confirm where the parcel was left.
Sometimes packages are scanned as delivered a few hours early or may arrive the following day.
If you still can’t find your package after checking the above, please contact us within 7 days of the “Delivered” scan so we can review the case.
Our Policy
Once a parcel is marked as successfully delivered by the courier, we’re generally unable to offer a refund, as we rely on the courier’s official delivery confirmation. This helps us keep things fair for all customers.
Goodwill Resolution
In rare situations where a parcel genuinely can’t be located after all investigations are completed, we may offer a one-time goodwill resolution:
A replacement shipment of the items, or
Store credit for the full value of your order (no expiry)
This way, we can still take care of you while ensuring fairness for everyone.
