Why did I receive only part of my order?Updated 2 months ago

If part of your order is missing, don’t worry—it’s likely due to a split shipment. To get your items to you faster, we sometimes ship orders in multiple parcels, especially if they come from different locations or have varying processing times. As a result, your order may arrive in separate deliveries.

Before reaching out, please check the following:

  • Check your packaging carefully
    Smaller items are sometimes tucked inside protective packaging or grouped with other products. For example, if you ordered a box of 6 and only see a box of 3, the other 3 may be packed inside the same carton.

  • Review the invoice included in your parcel
    If your order was split, the invoice will show which items are included in that box and which are on their way.

  • Look for additional tracking emails
    Each parcel will have its own tracking number. Check your inbox (and spam/junk folder) for shipping confirmation emails related to other parts of your order. You can also use our tracking page and search using your order number to identify your tracking/shipment numbers if you have multiple. 

In most cases, the remaining items are either packed in the parcel you've received or are on their way in a separate shipment.
