Why is my order being shipped to the wrong address if I paid with PayPal?Updated 15 days ago

When you check out using PayPal, your shipping address is automatically pulled from your PayPal account—not the address entered during checkout on our website. If the address saved in your PayPal account is outdated or incorrect, your order will be shipped there.

Important: Please ensure your PayPal shipping address is correct before placing your order, as we are required to ship to the address provided by PayPal at the time of purchase.

We typically dispatch orders the same business day if placed before our cut-off time. Once your order has left our warehouse, we’re unable to make changes to the shipping address.

If you’ve just placed an order and realised the address is incorrect, get in touch with us as soon as possible. If the order hasn’t yet been processed or packed, we may still be able to update or cancel it. While we can’t guarantee changes once payment has been submitted, the sooner you contact us, the better chance we have to resolve the issue.
